New Year! New Hair!

I've been meaning to change my hair for a while but (1) I didn't have money to do with and (2) I wanted to let my hair grow a bit more before damaging it - as you know damaged hair is harder to grow.
So I have been looking at pictures of possible hair colours and cuts and I decided to combine them all together and post them here - my aim is that you reading give me your opinion on what colour and cut I should get.
