What's the news?

Hi everyone! Today I am gonna share with you guys what I've been doing recently because I feel like it... so let's start!

A few days ago I started my own Youtube channel which I've been meaning to do for the past year... so I finally did it! The link is https://www.youtube.com/carolinarosalie3 in case you wanna go there and watch my videos. I upload videos every thursday and in case you wanna know what type of videos I plan to do here's the link of my most recent video where I explain all of that to you guys: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iuIAn6Bzfw&list=UUAZls6IjGMrNiv6RISGae8w

Next thing I want to talk about is a list of things I want to have accomplished by the time I turn 20 (I'm 18 now in case you didn't know).
1. I want to live in England, either by myself or sharing a house witth friends
2. I want to have long hair. My hair is medium size now and I'm letting it grow
3. I want to lose all the weight I need to lose in order to be healthy
4. I want to work in something that I like (job)
5. I want to do Youtube and Blogging (and be successful at it)
6. I want to live a healthy lifestyle (working out, eating, have the right people in my life, etc.)
7. I want to wear contact lenses because I'm sick of wearing glasses all the time (specially when I'm watching a really sad movie and I cry and then I have to take of my glasses and clean them...)
8. I want to drink at least 1.5L of water everyday
9. I want to do laser hair removal
10. I want to do the stretch marks treatment that makes them smaller and less noticible
11. I want to sort out my friendships and figure out who I still want in my life and who I don't want
12. I want read loads of books
13. I want to get rid of all the negative things and memories in my life

So that's pretty much it for today. Make sure you check my Youtube channel as well as my other links, all linked in the sidebar.
Follow me on Bloglovin' to keep up with my posts. I'll talk to you next week!

Transition

There comes a time in your life when you'll feel very different from the people surronding you, when you won't understand some of their decisions or attitudes, when you'll feel like you are an outsider, not because they make you feel like that, but because you no longer have things in common and you think they're immature. This might be a hard phase, specially if your group of friends is substantially of people around your age or younger than you. You'll find yourself wondering "what the hell" did you see in them, why do they act so childish... You won't spend as much time with them as before and you might try to make an excuse everytime they invite to do something.

This, my friends, is currently happening to me. I'm not the most sociable bird so my group of friends is quite small and recently I've been noticing that I don't wanna hang out with them as much as I did before.
It started last Summer and this somehow claustrophobic feeling (I wanna "get out of the group", but I can't because I don't have other friends to turn to) is getting bigger by the day.
So I talked several times to my mom, a person who does understand what is happening to me. From that I tried to understand what all of this is and it's very simple... I am growing up.
When analysed it doesn't appear so strange anymore. I have noticed that also my taste in music, clothes, food, books, makeup and other things is changing. I want more classic things, sophisticated, deeper, enjoyable... things that a couple of years ago I thought were horrible and very different from what I liked.
Of course I still have an immature side to my personality and I'm goofy all the time. Of course there are still things I enjoy, just like before. Of course I'm not a grow woman yet, in a lot of aspects... there's time for that. I just wanted to say that all of this is an important part of your transition into "adulthood". It doesn't happen to everyone at the same time, some may find themselves experiencing this at my age (18 years old), some before, some after but the fact is: all of us do!
So don't feel scared or lonely when this changes involve other people. They will understand if you need to spend more time alone or the fact that you don't find a certain joke funny anymore... they'll understand that in their own time.

Thanks for reading everyone! Take care!
Love,
Carolina Rosalie :)

Favorite Youtubers - The Brits

Hey you! Today I want to share my favorite youtubers with you guys. You might know them all already or might just know a few of them, but either way I wanna tell you who they are and what I like about them and their videos.
Before I start I just want to tell you that my favorites changed quite often, meaning that the list of people that I like to watch usually grows every month.
So without further to do let's name all these lovely people!

Marcus Butler (http://www.youtube.com/user/MarcusButlerTV)
I like Marcus cuz he is funny and very direct, he says what he has to say and doesn't sugar-code it.

Alfie Deyes (http://www.youtube.com/user/PointlessBlog)
This one is also a funny guy and he plays the weirdest games I've ever seen in my life, but it's seriously so fun to watch... He's pretty cool!

Jim Chapman (http://www.youtube.com/user/j1mmyb0bba)
Jim is, for me, like a dad or a big brother. He gives great advice and is serious when the moment requires it but on the other hand he is silly and makes you laugh.

Joe Sugg (http://www.youtube.com/user/ThatcherJoe)
Joe's the silly guy who makes you laugh about everything. And I gotta talk about his impressions, they're so funny!!

Zoe Sugg (http://www.youtube.com/user/zoella280390)
Zoe is my big sister. She is beautiful, funny, makes great videos and in general is just an amazing person. She inspires me a lot!

Tanya Burr (http://www.youtube.com/user/pixi2woo)
Tanya is this cute little human being who I just adore and love! She is so honest and caring, I just wanna hug her and never stop!

Louise Pentland (https://www.youtube.com/user/Sprinkleofglitter)
Louise is my mummy and I just love her to death! She's gorgeous, makes me laugh and I love her maternal side... and Darcy is just so cute!

(to be continued...)

February

So this month was really nothing special and to be honest I can't remember most of the days. But there were still simple little things that happen and I wanna share it with you guys!

So this month I bought my first ever two Baby Lips chapsticks and I have to say I'm impressed, they're extremely soft and gentle on the lips compared to a Nivea chapstick that I own, which is also good but not as good as the Baby Lips ones... in my opinion, of course.

I also listened to a lot of music, old and new. I fell in love all over again with Little Mix, Demi Lovato, Fifth Harmony, Taylor Swift and The Dolly Rockers. I loved them all, loads, before but I wasn't listening to their songs as much and so when I did have a cheeky listen (it was not a "cheeky" listen, I just really like that word, haha) I was smitten with them all, once again.
And in terms of new music I really like Nina Nesbitt's album, it's very cool and I really love the songs.
And also some of you might be mad at me or say I've been living under a rock but I haven't; after all this time I decided to give it a go and I listened to Lorde and Lana del Rey's albums... and I love them.

I'm very obsessed with the Kardashian family and I just wanna be in it. I love them all and throughout this month I've watch KUWTK a lot of times. Also I'm so extremely excited for season 9, I've been waiting since January and it's finally gonna premiere this sunday here in Portugal.

I ate brownies and ice cream which is good because I love food! I drank loads of tea, as pretty usual...

I guess these are the most relevant things that happened to me this February. I hope you liked my usual ramble and random stuff. Feel free to comment anything you fancy saying and be sure to follow me on Bloglovin' or any other social media site, all linked on the sidebar.

Keep smiling and being a beautiful person! I'll talk to you next week!
Love,
Carolina Rosalie
